We will be extremely happy and relieved to be able to welcome you from January 16th, 2021 in Calgary! In room service and we'll open the restaurant from 20th January.
We are going through an unprecedented health crisis, but everything is being done to allow you to spend a holiday in peace and in compliance with the recommended health conditions.
All staff, rest assured, are highly aware of the clothing and behavior appropriate to "barrier" distances.
Here are some arrangements for your safety:
- Plexiglass protection on the reception, disinfection after each CB regulation.
- A one-way traffic flow in the hotel,
- Disinfection of your room key before your arrival. You will then be the only ones to handle it during your stay, since a second table is available to you at reception.
- Hydroalcoholic gel at each level near the elevator.
- Your room is fully disinfected before your arrival with suitable products.
- During peak periods and on weekends, access to the Spa by reservation.
- The kitchen and room staff scrupulously follow hygienic standards: masks, gloves, receipt of goods, cleaning of the premises several times a day, etc...
