When you book your stay, please send the hotel a passport-sized photograph of each guest with their names and age on the back. On arrival at the hotel the reception staff will give you your ski pass. The whole family does not have to take a ski pass. For stays longer than 6 days, each extra day of half-board accommodation will be billed at the rates which apply at the time.
Your ski pass begins when you take your first ride in the ski lift.
There is no charge for cancelling your ski pass if you do so 7 days before the date on which you are scheduled to arrive. Your €2 deposit is reimbursed when your return your pass at the end of your stay.
