Our cancellation policy...
The invoice is prepared based on services ordered covering the entire stay, the customer is requested to pay the utmost attention to the following cancellation conditions:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by documented proof.
- More than 30 days before arrival: refund of the deducted deposit, minus administration fees (€50).
- Between 29 and 10 days of arrival: 80% of the total amount of the booking will be retained.
- Less than 9 days before arrival: the entire amount of the booking will be retained.
- Shortened stay: In the case of an early departure or a delayed arrival, the stay previously booked and confirmed will be fully invoiced on the basis of the accommodation rate in force.
Cancellation insurance: It is preferable and advisable to read conditions linked to a payment of the deposit with your Credit Card.

A reservation is considered firm only if it is accompanied by a deposit of 40% of the price of the total stay. Please note: for stays of less than or equal to 4 nights, prepayment of the full balance will be requested as a deposit.
Non-payment of the deposit before the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. The oral or written transmission of your credit card is an agreement to debit the deposit amount agreed upon when booking the stay, similar to a payment by check (C. Cassation Civil 1_ 19 October 1999 -. no. 1379). For all stays an invoice will be sent indicating the various services chosen. Without modification on the part of the client, this will become contractual and the general conditions of sale will be considered to have been read and accepted.
Rooms are available early in the afternoon and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.
