Seasonal cuisine

Located just on Les Saisies ski resort , in the heart of the Alps, discover the  Calgary 3  Star Hotel restaurant. In the dining room's cosy mountain atmosphere, or on  the sunny terrace  with views of the mountain tops, you will enjoy an  inventive light family cuisine, inspired by local and seasonal produce. Savoy subtly reveals itself through the dishes concocted by Chef Jean-Christophe Darphin.

Thus, the menu highlights the  wonderful regional products,  skilfully selected for their freshness and flavour: meat from the Beaufortain, game from our forests, as well as fish from our lakes and rivers... To these local references are added products representative of  French gastronomy: foie gras, smoked salmon, and duck breast...

Michel Decroix, Pastry Chef, arrives at the Calgary in December 2006.
With a wealth of experience acquired in the various establishments he worked at since his apprenticeship in the 70s, this great chocolate specialist continues to impress visiting gourmets with his inventions and à la carte desserts.



In the morning, start your day with a generous  breakfast. Served buffet style, it includes: fresh bread and pastries, cereal, dried and fresh fruit, yoghurt, cottage cheese, various cheese, cold-cuts, cakes, and pancakes... This will set you off in great shape to explore the mountain.

  • Breakfast is served daily from 7:15 am to 9:45 am
  • Room service is available starting at 8:00 am


Facing the Beaufortain Mountains, sitting comfortably in the lounge area, discover the house cocktails, the choice of beer and whiskey, and our tea menu.

And once a week in the winter, enjoy a  musical  cocktail hour.

Group meals and receptions

Birthdays, weddings, and baptisms... With family and friends, organise your reception at the Calgary Restaurant located in Les Saisies. On the terrace or indoors in the dining room, we welcome all your private events up to 110 guests. We offer set menus at €18 and €40. Depending on your budget and your needs, we offer tailored solutions designed to delight all your guests. At your request, we can also call on various outside service providers: room decorators, musical entertainment, and flower arrangers...


À la carte and fixed menus

Every evening we offer our half-board guests a meal consisting of a soup, a starter, a choice of a main course, a cheese platter, and a dessert. Our €29 menu enables our outside customers to further enjoy the culinary subtleties of our chef, from Wednesday to Sunday evening, discover the menu Gourmand.

Presentation of the menu: Le Petit Calgary, at noon during school holidays in December and February.

Cheese platter

Your meal should not end without a sampling of various cheese. Your host, Jean-Jacques Berthod, presents a magnificent cheese platter full of quality references and curiosities from his native Beaufortain, and also takes us far off through the plains and mountains of France.

All accompanied with a  wine selected  from an extensive list of many top vintages.



Le Calgary was awarded the title of Master Restaurateur. This title rewards establishments run by restaurant professionals favouring the use of raw, fresh, and short circuit selected produce cooked on site. The title also highlights the quality of the service, tableware, and decor.

MICHELIN Assiette: quality cuisine

Chef Jean-Christophe Darphin maintains a veritable relationship of trust with his clientele, often regulars. Chic without being overwhelming, refined yet still welcoming to families, this chalet offers fine but accessible cuisine with a nice menu at €29: semi-cooked duck foie gras with chutney and toast, duck breast with goji berries, crozets with mascarpone and small vegetables, crunchy pear and hazelnut duo with orange, and a caramel reduction Suzette style.

  • At dinner every evening from 7:15 pm (7:30 pm during summer hours) to 8:30 pm/9 pm
