Traditional restaurant in Les Saisies
Located just on Les Saisies ski resort , in the heart of the Alps, discover the Calgary 3 Star Hotel restaurant. In the dining room's cosy mountain atmosphere, or on the sunny terrace with views of the mountain tops, you will enjoy an inventive light family cuisine, inspired by local and seasonal produce. Savoy subtly reveals itself through the dishes concocted by Chef Julien Maggi.
Thus, the menu highlights the wonderful regional products, skilfully selected for their freshness and flavour: meat from the Beaufortain, game from our forests, as well as fish from our lakes and rivers... To these local references are added products representative of French gastronomy: foie gras, smoked salmon, and duck breast...Photo Gallery
